"TWINS"
This paired instrument passes over the body like the strong hands of a master. An instrument that is designed for absolutely all muscles on the entire body, with the exception of the chest and face area. Ideal for the foot and working on the aponeurosis, cervical-collar zone, thighs (breeches), calf muscles, back, visceral correction of the abdomen. It is able to work even the most clamped muscles and ligaments.
The instrument is designed for point impact on muscles and ligamentous apparatus. Twins belong to the sports part of Maderotherapy, therefore men love them very much, and they will never leave women indifferent. This instrument can affect the body both independently and as part of the entire Maderotherapy procedure.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE "WASHBOARD"
Wavy edges with two anatomical lines (large wave and small) are great for working on muscle and fat tissue, relaxing muscles and breaking down fat. It is used when working on complex surfaces: stomach, legs, buttocks, sides, thereby allowing you to save time. Due to its wave-like lines and ergonomics, the Lymphatic Drainage “Washboard” works out zones in more detail and deeply. You will be able to deal with problem areas in the shortest possible time. The edges on the shoulder blade are different, use both sides in your work alternately, starting with a large wave, then turn over and work with a small one.
FIBRO-FATID ROLLER "CATERPILLAR"
The function of the caterpillar: elimination of fibrous fat, known as cellulite. It is also an excellent tool for working with painful areas (it works painlessly due to the elasticity of the base) and areas located close to protruding bones of the body. The depth of action is small (2-3 cm), but it does not need to penetrate deeply, cellulite is a violation of the subcutaneous fat and is based in the upper layers of the dermis. The tool helps to get rid of pain during massage, and also drains well and breaks up fibrous tubercles. The tool can be used on absolutely the entire surface of the body, including the feet, buttocks, thighs, arms and back.
REFLECTORY ROLLER "HEDGEHOG"
Function: relaxation, reflexogenic relaxation.
The teeth stimulate energy points, a light current runs along the nerve endings, and the body relaxes – this is how point massage works. Works on the back of the body: back, legs, hips and feet. The hedgehog helps to calm muscle tissue after using other rollers.
VACUUM BOWLS
Vacuum bowls in Maderotherapy are used to relieve swelling, accelerate the lymphatic system and eliminate the fat layer. Bowls should be selected according to the size of the area of action. Each bowl has a curved line, due to which a vacuum is picked up, which helps to relieve swelling by accelerating the lymph flow. For small tummies, arms and legs, you should use a small bowl, and for a more voluminous surface, use a large vacuum bowl. A small bowl very quickly gets rid of salt deposits on the withers, hormonal withers on the sacrum are ideally treated with a large or small vacuum bowl, depending on the client’s build. A vacuum bowl with an additional drum is well suited for areas of the body with fibrosis, cellulite, ideally breaks up fibrous fat and bumps. Light suction and good tissue heating, when using a vacuum cup, in Maderotherapy gives an additional stable, clear anti-cellulite effect and tissue drainage.
BATMAN
The Batman tool is originally designed for lymphatic drainage of the back. The edges of the shoulder blade have an anatomical geometry, which does not allow touching the spine when working on the back, working on the lateral muscles along the spinal column: they form smooth bulges and depressions. By rotating the shoulder blade, you can choose the edge that will best follow the curves of the body. The main function of the shoulder blade is to ensure the drainage of lymph to the lymph nodes after intense massage effects.
You can work on volumetric zones: sides, thighs to the intergluteal fold, lift the buttocks.
The tool also works on muscles and adipose tissue, straightens fascia, improves blood circulation and tissue trophism. It is recommended as an independent massage device, and as an addition to other tools. It is part of the basic equipment for Maderotherapy body massage. Durable, strong, it is designed to withstand the loads of professional sports massage. Ideal for home use, self-massage and work of an osteopath or massage therapist.
GUASHA STICK SET
The guasha stick set for massage is very effective in relieving muscle pain, helps in recovery and reduces stiffness and pain before and after exercise.
How to use:
For the back: first use the convex surface to relieve clamps, spasms from the muscles of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical-collar zone. Then use the concave surface from top to bottom, each time in one direction.
For the abdomen: place the tool in the center, massage from top to bottom, the intensity is even, no need to use too much force. When used at home, follow the course from three days to a week, the defecation pattern will noticeably improve, the lumps will disappear, and the skin will tighten.
For the legs: starting from the knee, down, only in one direction each time (if there are varicose veins or swelling in the lower extremities, to improve blood circulation, you need to move from the lower part to the upper part).
For the shoulder and neck: from top to bottom, the frequency of action should be slow and consistent, not too fast, the force should not be too heavy. Gentle movement can help the flow of lymph, relieve the lack of blood in the head, obstruction of the shoulders, neck, etc. Each area of work takes 3 to 5 minutes.
BEAR
